All products in this catalog were handpicked for their quality of sound and craftsmanship. Many items are handcrafted, and are subject to the subtle differences in sound, color, and texture that are inherent in handmade items. All products are guaranteed per the manufacturers warranty. Please call or email us for details on specific manufacturer's warranties. All warranty claims will be handled directly by the manufacturer. We will, of course, assist in a reasonable and legal manner.
Ordered the wrong size or color? Not exactly the sound you were looking for? No problem. We will replace all items returned within 2 weeks of purchase. All returned items must be in unused condition. Returned items which have been used will be subject to a restocking fee. Atlanta Pro Percussion is the final decision on used vs unused items.
*All returns must be accompanied by an RA number. Please call or email if you need an RA number.
Receive the wrong stuff... or damaged in shipping? Our shipping department is one of the best... but, hey, there's a small chance it may happen. Just call or email and we will correct it immediately.
*If item is damaged, please do not destroy the boxes or packing material. The shipping carrier will want to inspect them.
Shipping time may vary on certain items. We keep most items in stock and will ship all in-stock items within 5 business days of receiving your order. You will be notified if an item is currently out of stock. We will also give you an estimated date when the item will be back in stock. Backordered items will not be charged to your credit card until ready to ship to you. We will also let you know if we have a substitute item in-stock. Special orders require a 50% deposit.
Orders shipped outside the US - Please note that we are unable to get the foreign banks to respond to requests for address verification on Visa and Mastercard credit card orders.
